We're squirming in our seats with excitement over the imminent launch of a brand new string to the Posh Totty Designs's bow. Ladies and gents, we bring you PTD Makes! PTD Makes is a set of craft workshops we'll be holding for you - and your friends - to participate in. Are you digging on the super '70s macrame comeback? We are now offering you guys the chance to take part and learn all of these amazing crafts at our newly renovated Makes studio in Brighton's buzzing North Laine. (Or for those of you that remember our Little Original Shop on Brighton's Bond Street, we've sprinkled a little magic dust and waved a few crafty wands: bye bye Little Original Shop and hello, PTD Makes HQ!). Learn the ancient art of Shibori at our PTD Makes workshop Our workshops launch this month to coincide with the celebrations of the Brighton Festival - because what's not celebrate about getting creative? Nail the super cool craft craze of string art at our workshop Our Makes workshops are the perfect group activity for a crafty catch up, or perhaps a fun and creative item on your hen party itinerary? Our super creative Makes tutors will take you, at your pace, through each step of your chosen craft, and all levels of skill are welcome. So whether you're a making maestro or a creative novice, our Makes philosophy is that if you're having fun, you've made it. All materials will be provided and whatever you make in class is yours to keep. But not only will you leave our workshop with a beautiful handmade item, you'll leave with a skill for life. So for those of you who want to carry of crafting at home, there'll be the chance to purchase our specially designed Posh Totty Designs Makes Kits in class. Meantime, we're taking full advantage on Brighton's festival season for our PTD Makes launch and will be joining in with the artists open house action on Saturday 7th May, 11am to 5pm to host a day of demos and tasters.
