This service is to replace the sterling silver chain where the chain is fixed to the product eg Full Circle. If your jewellery is 9ct gold please get in touch.

2. Pack your item up with your name and order number.

3. Send Your item to us using a recorded delivery service to:

4. We will contact you when we have received your item.

5. When we have finished you will receive an email with a tracking link as it is returned to you.
