This beautiful charm bracelet is personalised with your chosen birthstones. We think it makes the perfect personalised gift for mums, celebrating the birthdays of the family.
Each of these celestial bracelets are made by our jewellers from 925 Sterling Silver with additional 18ct Yellow Gold plating on the sun charm and 18ct Rose Gold plating on the Star charm. Our jeweller's handset up to three of your chosen birthstones, one into each charm. The pendants are then suspended from our beautiful sterling silver bracelet chains.
