Description

This gorgeous heart-shaped signet ring is made from Sterling Silver. The face of the ring is finished with our unique Kintsugi-inspired design which is engraved onto the ring by our jewellers. For an extra personal touch, we can personalise the ring with a letter or initial which will be added using our signature hand-stamping personalisation method.
Translated, Kintsugi means to patch with gold". It is a Japanese art form in which breaks and repairs are treated as part of the object's wonderful history. Instead of hiding away the repairs, Kintsugi celebrates them, fills them with gold and turns them into the focal point.
Kintsugi isn't about perfection, it is about seeing the beauty in imperfection.

What is 18ct gold plating?

Most of our silver jewellery can be plated with a thick layer (approx 1 micron) of 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold.

Is your gold plating nickel allergy safe?

Our gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test (BS EN 1811:1998 and BS EN 12472) therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.

Is 18ct gold plating permanent?

Gold plating can wear away overtime. This can be sped up by exposure to water, heat and certain chemicals.

If the plating on your product wears away within the first three months of your purchase we will happily re-plate the item free of charge.

The gold fill in the Kintsugi design is created using a gorgeous specialist gold coloured jewellers paste.
