The Posh Totty Designs Sand Dollar Necklace features a 925 Sterling silver handmade pendant. The Sand Dollar is pleasingly tactile and the surface texture has a pretty organic petal shape. The Sand Dollar Necklace has matching hoop earrings, bangle and ring and is part of the Posh Totty Designs Tidal Seashell Collection which was inspired by beachcombed seashells from Tulum, Mexico. The pendant is handmade in our Brighton seaside workshop, and you can choose to have it plated in 18ct gold. Wear this lovely necklace with a matching, ring and bangle, or mix your seashell jewellery look with other shells and corals from the Tidal Seashell¬†Collection.¬†

FAQ's

What is 18ct gold plating?

Most of our silver jewellery can be plated with a thick layer (approx 1 micron) of 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold.

Is your gold plating nickel allergy safe?

Our gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test (BS EN 1811:1998 and BS EN 12472) therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.

Is 18ct gold plating permanent?

Gold plating can wear away overtime. This can be sped up by exposure to water, heat and certain chemicals.

If the plating on your product wears away within the first three months of your purchase we will happily re-plate the item free of charge.
